Duties/Skills

Delivering outstanding customer service to clients through inbound telephone calls.

Handling customer enquiries/requests in a professional and timely manner.

Processing customer transactions, such as vehicle service bookings with a high degree of accuracy.

Transferring calls within internal departments, email and admin functions.

1-2 years' experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably within the automotive industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with all customers.

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer enquiries and issues.
